• Can I modify my journey?

  Yes. Before 8 hours of the journey. You can modify the date, time, destination, and type of vehicle. However within 8 hours to the journey, modification cannot be done.

• What are the waiting charges?

  For Round Trip there are no waiting charges. For One way trips – waiting charges will be Rs.180 for one hour.

• How many people can travel per taxi?

  Our seating configurations are listed when you making booking, we typically list seating capacity as x+1 where x=number of passengers and +1 is the chauffeur/driver.

• How much in advance can I book a cab?

  You can book up to 30 calendar days in advance of date of departure. Please do enquire with us, in case you have any other specific requirements and we will definitely try our best fit in your request.

• What if the taxi breakdown midway?

  Mostly our taxies are new and very good running condition, Minor repair like tyre deflation etc. can be rectified soon. In case of major breakdown, it is our endeavour to arrange a alternate taxi to your destination with minimal loss of time and comfort.

• Do you provide A/C cars?

  We provide only A/C vehicles. The A/C is expected to be working always. The only exception is for trips to hilly areas where the A/C needs to be turned off for during in hilly region to prevent overload on the vehicle engine.
